1. Digital Downloads

• Delivery Method: Digital art files are delivered instantly via email and through a direct download link immediately upon completion of purchase.

• Shipping Cost: Free (0 €). No physical shipping is required.

2. Physical Prints (Made to Order)

We partner with a global network of premium print providers (such as Gelato) to produce and ship our physical posters close to your location, ensuring fast and eco-friendly delivery.

• Processing & Production Time: Because every physical poster is custom-printed specifically for your order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production and quality control before dispatch.

• Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days after production, depending on your shipping destination.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of the poster.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your physical order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable), allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your door.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Inspira Vista is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your physical print arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at hello.inspiravista@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement for you.
